1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Afnan Technologies Inc. ("Company", "we", "us"), a corporation incorporated in Delaware, United States on June 10, 2026. By accessing Flow AI Studio (https://www.flowaistudio.app), you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Service Description & Credits
Flow AI Studio provides credit-based subscriptions allowing users to submit prompts to third-party and proprietary generative AI models. Credits are deducted per successful generation according to the published plan rate.
3. Governing Law & Corporate Address
These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
